Fleet Sales Specialist (Fleet Manager - Sales)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in fleet sales business
- License Requirements: Pro/Non-Pro Driver’s License, preferably with 2-3 years driving experience
- Experience in corporate sales, product planning and marketing
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy: MS Office, WebEx, PeopleSoft, presentation and facilitation skills
Key Roles and Responsiblities
- Establish robust fleet objectives and guidelines for the dealer network, keeping in mind the company’s profitability and brand image
- Maintain and update fleet business database. Use Ford Asia Pacific recommended global accounts, preferred accounts and/or Top 1000 corporations list published annually
- Recommend fleet offers in terms of cash subsidies or service packages based on current competitive and market trends, when working with retail and finance teams during quarterly variable marketing discussions
- Recommend vehicle variants that are appropriate for fleet accounts to support short term and long term business objectives and customer requirements to enable us to become more competitive in this area
- Process and handle direct sales inquiries and transactions from government and tax-exempt entities
